Returns on Elite Body Shaper Retail Orders
At Elite Body Shapers, it is our mission to have 100% customer satisfaction. We want you to be happy with your purchase experience, and if for any reason you are not, we will refund or exchange your order, as long as you follow these simple guidelines:
Return Policy
* Very Important* Before you mail your purchase back to us you must request and receive a "Return Merchandise Authorization #(RMA#)". If your return does not include this number it will be returned to you without exceptions.*
You may return items that are unworn and unwashed within 7 days of delivery. There will be a $7 restocking fee for all returned items except items that are determined to be factory defective by our staff. All garments are thoroughly inspected before returns are processed.
For your safety, Elite Body Shapers adheres to all Health Code Regulations. By law, all items with a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn. We suggest you try on any garment with a crotch, over your own underwear.
We will process your return/exchange within 1-2 weeks from the day the item is received at our warehouse. Once the return/exchange is processed, we will notify you via email. If you requested a refund, we will process it using the original payment method.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
Items that are returned with obvious signs of wear will be refused and shipped back to you. Items which are returned after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted for any reason.
Return / Exchange Shipping Fees
The shipping costs are non refundable. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the garments back to us. If you’ve opted for an exchange, we will cover the shipping cost of the return order. For International exchange orders, additional customs fees may apply. All returned items except defective items are subject to a $7 restocking fee.
How To Return Your Purchase
Please follow these steps to successfully return your purchase:

Please log in with the username and password you created when you made your purchase at

Click on “Order History”

Use the Search button to find the order you wish to return

Click the Order # of the order you wish to return

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and fill out the Return Request Form. If you are requesting an exchange make sure you specify the garment name and size you want as a replacement in the comments section.

Submit the form.

Within 24 hours you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # from us.

You can check the status of your RMA # by clicking the Returns button.

Make sure this number is highlighted on the outside and inside of the package you are mailing back to us.

Replace the item in the packaging in which it was received.

We are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to us. Please make sure that the items are returned in a sturdy package (such as a padded envelope or box, similar to the way the items were originally sent). To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured and traceable method (such as UPS, FedEx, Certified mail or another method) where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to trace the delivery. Overnight shipping is not necessary. Many carriers offer low cost ground shipping and allow you to trace your delivery.

Tips for Trouble Free Returns

You must include your RMA# with your returned garment. If you do not your return will be refused.
- We suggest that you do not wear perfume or deodorant while trying on items. This will help ensure that the items remain returnable.

Shapewear items may seem small at first glance. Keep in mind that these items tend to adjust to fit your natural shape.
