These reviews do look obviously fake! However, I did buy this product almost 2 years ago and I love it! it made my stomach slimmer and more curvier and it looked great. The thigh length needs to be a little bit longer because when I wear pants, you can tell where the lace ends on the thigh. I didnt lose any weight or inches when I wore mine (and I wore almost everyday for a few weeks AND when i worked out even though you are not advised to) and I sSTILL didnt lose anything. It is comfortable and I would recommend to others.
